Ella Farinas has been in public education for 18 years. She is passionate about coaching for equity and culturally responsive & sustaining learning environments. Her research interests include identity development in education, the role of intersectionality & positionality in educational leaders, and developing STEM identity in girls and students of color. She loves her family, roller skating, and noodles.
